FAQ

Q. I haven’t received my magic login link. 

A. Check your junk/spam folder on your email, try to send again. If you don’t get the email with the link, please email dstewart@essex.ac.uk and Debbie can mail you a link back.
 
Q. I can’t see the agenda.
A. You will need to sign in to see the agenda. If you can see the agenda then you are logged in. 
 
Q. I am in a room but I can not see the video.
A. You will need to be logged in to view the live streams, you can click here to  sign in . You will see when the video session is live. 
 
Q. I can’t hear anything.
A. Make sure your speakers are turned up and connected and that you are not connected to any wireless headphones or speakers.
 
Q. I can’t login.
A. You will only be able to access the site for the days you have chosen, if you think you should have access then please email dstewart@essex.ac.uk
